Job Description

• Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.

• Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and concerns, mediate conflicts, and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

• HR Policies: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company standards.

• Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
