  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and executives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze account performance, preparing reports and providing insights to senior management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

  • Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating client-related events and activities to strengthen relationships and promote our services.
